What is the U.F.F.F-O? It's an eating competition at The Big Fresno Fair to see who can most quickly gobble their way through a list of fair staples such as cinnamon roles and corn dogs. Be ready, though -- we might throw a few oddball eats your way.
Have you got what it takes? Do you have a stomach of steel? Do you watch competitive eating shows and think, "I can do that"? Do you gorge out each October at The Big Fresno Fair? Then this contest is for you.
Give us video proof Submit a YouTube video that tells us -- or even better, shows us -- that you're fiending for the Feast-Off. Videos will be accepted until Sept. 30.
Vote on the videos From Oct. 1-8, come here and vote for the person whose video best exemplifies fair-food voraciousness. Note: You must register here before you can enter a video or vote.
Winners to Feast-Off! The votes will determine five finalists who will compete Oct. 10 in The Ultimate Fair Food Feast-Off, where they will test their appetites against our mountain of fair fare. The winner gets front-row tickets to the fair's Weezer concert and a special trophy recognizing their gastrolific accomplishment.
